FMC Royal Club – For Teams application will help the FMC Sales Teams to have retailer data on their Mobile for better sales and productivity.
This application has following elements:
a. Retailer Enrollment - FMC sales teams visits the registered retailers and enroll them into royal club app for teams program. Enrollment will be validated by Super Distributor after receiving the Enrollment fees. Upon validation, the retailer will receive the RC loyalty card and gift vouchers in welcome kit.
b. Monthly Sales Data Collection and Validation - Each enrolled Retailer’s monthly product wise purchase are recorded and validated by the FMC sales team which forms the database for calculating all Royal Club for Teams related rebate programs.
c. Quarterly RedClub Points Validation - Post Sales Validation the Super Distributor will do Distributor level Validation based on collections completed. Once cleared, the retailers of those distributors will receive loyalty points in their account corresponding to verified purchase.
d. Loyalty Points Redemption - Retailer can redeem these points to buy gifts from the voucher or purchase from other loyalty partners.
e. BeatPlan - This app fetches user's live location to track the activities and also suggests an optimised route plan for user to travel.
